One month ago we already reached the amount of natural resources that the Earth can replenish annually. Basically, we are demanding more resources as the Earth can give. We are creating ourselves an ecological debt. Additionally, the alarm sounds stronger than in the past as earlier and earlier we are reaching the point of no retun every single year.
According to a the Global Footprint Network, we need a planet 1.6 times bigger, given our rate of exploitation of resources and our dangerous life habits.
